equipment.
Camcorders
Below,
you will find links to the major camera manufacturers. Finding the
precise information about manual controls of shutter-speed, aperture,
focus, color balance, etc. is not always easy. We are not recommending
specific cameras. However, we have listed under each manufacturer,
several models that contain the manual adjustment that we illustrate in
our video. This list only contains cameras capable of producing high
definition video. Some of these cameras record to tape and others to a
variety of solid state media. There are still many standard definition
cameras being sold both new and old that have full manual control and
would be perfectly fine to use along with this video.

Lenses & Lens Converters
The
major camera manufacturers sell telephoto and wide-angle lens converters for a variety of
their cameras. You can also purchase such converters from other manufacturers, such as
Century Optics. Not all cameras come with lenses that are manufactured by the camera
maker. Often they are supplied by companies that specialize in lenses, such as Canon or
Zeiss.
